Notes
Elevation: 1,700–1,900 MASL. Tasting notes: strawberry, honeycomb, jasmine. Pink Bourbon has become one of the most sought-after varieties in specialty coffee for its floral aromatics, vibrant acidity, and layered sweetness. At Huila’s high elevations, the cherries mature slowly, allowing the coffee to develop exceptional clarity and balance. These cherries were selectively handpicked at peak ripeness, depulped, carefully fermented to remove mucilage, and slowly dried to preserve stability and cup quality throughout storage and transit.

Dial-in advice
Start at grind 26 with 17.5g dose pulling to ~41g (1:2.3 ratio) as your baseline—this Pink Bourbon sits in the same elevation and processing family as your reference shots. If the shot runs fast or tastes thin/sour, move finer by 0.5–1 setting at a time; if it chokes or tastes bitter, go coarser. Expect the floral notes to shine between 25–27 on your Encore ESP Pro.
