Dial-in
Dial-in tip
Start at grind 37.5 with 18.6g → 29-30g (1:1.56–1:1.61 ratio) targeting 25-26s flow time, mirroring your best recent Ethiopian shots. This washed Yirgacheffe should dial in similarly to the Shoondhisa, so anchor on grind 37.5 and adjust in 1-2 click increments if needed—finer if sour, coarser if fast and thin.
