Flow started at around 10 seconds even across both spouts with a short period where their right spout drilled per quickly before destabilizing after a few seconds. Very long lag this time with coffee continuing to drip for more than a minute after stopping. Taste was slightly acid but not lingering. Not as good as the one this morning though

Strong coffee flavor with some bitter aftertaste. Milk steaming in a rush ended up with too much air, struggled to get a whirlpool going. Pour was better with a better canvas and precise blobs at the beginning even pushing some of them into harts before a big blob of foam covered it all up
