Flow started at 8 seconds through both spouts, then shortly after started to quickly drop on the right spout before restablishing a few seconds later. Flow was even the rest of the shot but seemed faster on the left spout. The shot pulled fast again. I’m ver all flavor was complex. At first it was bitter and tasted like burnt coffee but quickly changed with sour notes. I don’t know if that is the coffee profile or uneven extraction over and under extracting. Will go one click finer the next pull and be more careful with puck prep

Drink was good with strong coffee flavor. Milk resolved most but not all the sour and bitter notes of the shot. Latte art was not existent with only a big blob. It was rushed today
