Notes

Flow started evenly around 10 seconds but then started dripping on the right spout for the rest of the shot without recovering. Taste is strong again and still don’t understand if it is the bean profile or an extraction issue. This time there are some bitter and sour notes that somehow cancel each other and just leave a strong smoky flavor.
