Flow was even starting at 10 seconds. Flowing evenly throughout the shot. Stopped the clock at 28g with the clock marking 25 seconds getting to 38 with lag only. Taste is strong again. No sour or bitter notes this time so confirmed the strong smoky flavor is the bean profile. Still undecided if it is for me
