Notes
Flow was even starting at 10 seconds but quickly becoming fast indicating need for finer grind or a major channeling issue. Taste is all over the place but might be bean profile. Either way not my favorita shot so far
Drink
Overall Rating
Milk did wonders to the drink after a hard to describe shot. Taste is strong but more balanced. Can’t define the taste yet. Milk steaming was beautiful but pouring showed white very early and then could not control it to shape anything. White blob

What the Numbers Say
The One Thing to Change
Go 2–3 clicks finer — try grind 24–25 next.
Still pulling fast at grind 27 with uneven mid-shot flow. Shot 1 at 32.5 was 14s; shot 2 at 27 is 21s — you're gaining time but not enough, and flow is still accelerating mid-shot rather than holding steady. The Carlos Efrain Cortes reference (another light washed Colombian) dialed in at grind 26 with 24s and a clean balance 4 — you're in the right neighborhood but need to push finer. Try 24–25 and aim for 33–36g yield.
