Flow was normal starting evenly across both spouts after a second or two of dripping at 11 seconds. Remained that way for the rest of the shot. I missed the stop again though leading to a longer extraction than planned. Taste is bright but resolves immediately without lingering. Taste reminds me of soy sauce a bit
