Flow started evenly at 13 seconds the. Started to drip a few seconds later just to re-establish on the right side first then the left side by the end of the shot. I was expecting less lag. Overall the extraction indicates some channeling. Taste was good and balanced with a bright flavor that receded immediately. I could have drank this as espresso, but with milk was excellent as well

Taste was rich and reminded me of chocolate. Good body. Lots of foam with big bubbles meant no latte art, but a thick layer of foam that made this almost a capuchino
