Flow was restricted at first starting at 10 seconds. Then it started flowing in the right side 5 seconds later and evening out on the left side. The left spout alternated between fast dripping and flowing normally for the rest of the shot. Taste is bright at first but not intrusive. After a few sips it became balanced and reminded me of dark chocolate. With milk it is really good
