Flow started at around 8 seconds, dripping for four to five seconds on the right spout before flowing properly again for the rest of the shot. Taste is acid and bright but a slight sourness that lingers due to the under extraction.

Milk helped balance the drink. Still some aftertaste notes that could improve. Still not there with the latte art, but I was able to create a smooth canvas and pour some dots of foam here and there
