Notes

Flow started at around 10 seconds even across both spouts before starting to drip on both. Flow re-established on the left spout at around 25 seconds. Good crema. Taste is bright at first but resolved quickly. Practice shot did not drink even though it was drinkable. This blend is proving more forgiving
