No 3-way solenoid valve — expect 6-8g drip lag after pump stop. Stop pump at target yield minus 7g to account for lag. 10 min warmup + blank flush before pulling shots. Stepless grinder with numbered settings 1-60. Finer = lower number, coarser = higher. Settings 1-40 intended for espresso. Each increment below 40 produces a larger grind change than above 40 — use smaller adjustments when dialing in. Some beans work best outside the 1-40 range
