Flow started at around 12 seconds restricted in the right side. Flow corrected 6 to 7 seconds later. I stopped the shot at 16 ish seconds to target ristretto. Taste was bright but not lingering. Good body and very dark color after extraction.

Flavor is strong and balanced with good body. No lingering notes. Milk foaming was perfect but pouring did not work ending with a wigly white foam. Also it was very light on the foam, most of it stayed behind in the steaming pitcher
