Flow started at around 8 seconds, even on both spouts, flow was high for a few seconds then the coffee strings became thinner. The flow was wobbly at the end but even across the spouts. The shot felt fast. the taste is sour that reduces after a few seconds but still lingers with a thin body

I added 40ml of sweetened chai concentrate. The resulting drink was well balanced, without any sourness, not overly sweet and maintaining the notes of the chai and coffee
