Dark Matter Coffee — Unicorn Blood Espresso Blend

Acid taste that resolves mostly. Shot was very restricted again. Kept to 30 seconds of wdt. Flow started at 20 seconds and dropped mostly with a bit more flow on the left spout for 60 seconds until the machine stopped automatically. Ended with a double ristreto that I recently learned is the right pull for a flat white but I think it was still missing some of the sweet noted
